PA to the DFO and Governing Body
We are looking for an enthusiastic, positive individual with excellent organisational skills and a great attention to detail to act as PA to our Director of Finance and Operations and to support the School's Governing Body.
You will be a strong communicator, able to manage your own workload, prioritise well and stay calm in a busy environment.
This is a part time role (0.8FTE) and a flexible approach to the role is essential as you will be organising, attending and taking minutes at some out-of-hours Governors’ meetings.
Key responsibilities include:
- Organise and maintain the diary of the Director of Finance and Operations.
- Organise meeting dates for the Governing Body; book rooms and catering as required; compile papers for meetings and take minutes of the meetings.
- Coordinate and compile the relevant information, in conjunction with the HR team, to ensure the Governing Body meets induction, training and compliance requirements.
- Undertake basic research, making contact with relevant professional bodies.
- Provide administrative support on projects as required.
