Join the RGS Front Office team as our School Receptionist and become the first point of contact for all visitors, parents and pupils. You will be an organised individual with a warm, friendly manner and a desire to help others.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensure all visitors to the school are signed in as appropriate and display the correct visitor badge;
• Assist the Attendance Officer in morning and afternoon registration;
• Deal with all enquiries by email and telephone in a polite and timely manner;
• Liaise with Estates regarding onsite access, security, deliveries, and
  maintenance, as required;
• Assist in the provision of First Aid to pupils.
