Admissions Lead (Operations)
The Admissions Lead (Operations) is responsible for all aspects of the conduct, organisation, administration, security / confidentiality and supervision of all entrance examinations taken by prospective RGS students.
This is a part time position, working 17.5 hours per week, term time only from September to April with the addition of October half term.
Key responsibilities include:
Organise the logistics of all entrance examinations
Set up the ISEB portals and CAT Level G registration; collate applicant information
Analysis and presentation of results
Work in close liaison with the Head of Admissions (Registrar & Marketing) and Senior Master in all areas of the admission process
Make necessary arrangements to accommodate candidates with SEN requirements
Continue to reflect strategically on the efficacy, appropriateness and fairness of all assessments for entry to the RGS.
