A. The caring nature of the RGS and that there is no mistake that, whatever your role, you are part of the team.

Q. What do you love about your department?
A. The variety of my role and both the challenge and rewards of managing the RGS schools overseas.

Q. Which staff social groups are you involved in?
A. Cycling - but I need to do more!

Q. What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
A. I am a keen runner, with a real passion for cross country/trail running

Q. If you could choose any other career, what would it be?
A. Bush pilot!!

Q. What is your motto in life?
A. Push, Push!! I always want to keep pushing myself and never to become complacent with the situation you find yourself in.

Q. If you could give one bit of advice to your younger self what would it be?
A. Be focused but take the time to consider everything in front of you!
